November 10 Presentations
Today in class Brittany presented Prezi. I have used prezi previously in one of my education classes and I found it very usful and interesting. I think it would be a very usful tool for presentations in a classroom or when trying to teach a lesson. I like how prezi is not just slide after slide like a powerpoint. Prezi can move in different ways and also new animations. Also is class today Eric presented Finale. I have never seen a tool like this before. Although I am not into music, I think it is a very interesting tool for people to use if they are interested in making sheet music. I think this tool looks like it would take a lot of work to learn how to use it and create.

I would know... I basically learned everything in Finale from scratch, looking for everything and all... the simpler versions of it only have basic stuff, more along the lines of just getting sheet music for an instrument but I digress. I should have went into detail about Finale Notepad, but whatever. If you truly want to know something you have to research it yourself, for the most part. And please don't take this as persuasion, just pointing out a few things.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of Prezi but after hearing your description it makes me want to try it out for the next time I have tomake a presentation in class.
